I’m having trouble with my password and can’t access my application. What should I do?

If you are having trouble with remembering the password to access your MAF Immigrant Families grant application, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the link at the bottom of the login page that reads “Forgot Password?” 
  2. Enter your email address and click on the “Reset Password” button.
  3. Check your email inbox for an email titled “Reset your MAF account password”.
  4. Click on the “Reset Password” link and create your new password.
  5. Passwords must meet the following requirements:
    • Be at least 8 characters
    • Have at least one number
    • Have at least one capital letter
    • Have at least one lower case letter
    • Have at least one special character (like ! # $ % - _ = + < >)
  6. Once you have created your new password, return to the login page and enter your email address and your new password in the corresponding fields.
