- Healthcare - United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has stated it will not consider treatment or preventive care related to COVID-19 as part of the public charge inadmissibility determination. If you are undocumented, you may still qualify for emergency Medi-Cal, you can start your application here. Do not hesitate to seek healthcare if you feel you are ill.
