I am experiencing financial hardship and unable to make loan payments. What are my options?

In order to ease any financial hardship, we're waving all loan servicing related fees incurred between March 16th, 2020 through March 31st, 2021.
That means that all fees incurred until March 31, 2021, will be waived. Those fees include late and hold payment fees. 

If you are concerned about your ability to make your loan payments, you may consider one of the following options:

• Request a Hold Payment for 1 month
This option will skip the scheduled debit for any given month and do a double debit in the following month. During this time, we'll be waiving our normal $15 hold payment fee. Note: this option is only available to borrowers who are current on their loans.

• Request a 3-month forbearance
Forbearance will put payments on pause for 3 months during which time your loan will be reported as current. There are no fees associated with forbearance.

• Request a Payment Plan
This is the best option for anyone who wishes to make reduced monthly payments. There are no fees associated with a new payment plan.
